Organize documents such as insurance certificates, cab cards, IFTA permits, medical cards, lease paperwork, and other company records. The administrator controls membership and document sharing.
Upload a document, review its category and suggested expiration date, and save the result. Existing documents also offer Read expiration date, so an administrator can check a suggested date without replacing the file.
Share updates with the right people
Company members see only documents their account is permitted to access. Document versions, update notifications, and acknowledgment tools help the team follow changes.
Confidential documents can require the configured device unlock. A browser cannot guarantee screenshot prevention, and an offline device receives permission changes after it reconnects and synchronizes.
Optional encrypted device copies
Configure encrypted local Wallet copies for documents that have synchronized to the device. PIN unlock is available; device biometrics depend on compatible browser and authenticator support.
Cold offline reopening and background synchronization remain device-dependent testing areas. Connect and confirm that required documents are saved before relying on offline access, and keep independent backups.

Is Driver Wallet an official permit issuer?
No. It organizes copies of documents supplied by your company. Obtain and renew permits with the issuing authority.
Can drivers use separate logins?
Yes. The company administrator invites users and controls their permissions and shared documents.
