Use a current phone or desktop browser and create a company administrator account, or accept an invitation from your company administrator. Use separate accounts for each person.
Account sign-in and the device PIN are separate. After signing out, return through the email/password login. Device fingerprint unlock is optional and depends on compatible hardware and browser support.
Documents, accuracy, and storage
Review automatically suggested fields against your original files. Keep independent backups and confirm save or sync success before removing originals.
Invoice records and shared attachments use private cloud storage. Optional Wallet copies are encrypted on the device. Fuel receipts currently use account-specific device storage.
Support and product status
Rig Wheel is currently offered as a testing release. The public website is available; device-specific offline reopening, biometric enrollment, connected email delivery, and actual paid billing flows need testing in the intended environment.

Is the app translated into every supported language?
Invoices are generated in English. Interface translations are being tested; available languages and untranslated labels may vary by release. Review the current Settings options before relying on a translation.
Can I use a phone and a computer?
Yes. Sign in with the same account for cloud-backed invoice and shared document access. Device-only records and encrypted copies depend on that device.
How much does Rig Wheel cost?
The company plan is $15/month plus applicable tax for the administrator and one user, then $10/month plus tax for each further user. It includes unlimited trucks and a 14-day trial.
