Bring the load documents together

Start inside Create Invoice with a rate confirmation PDF. Review the suggested load, customer, route, and amount fields, then add the bill of lading (BOL), proof of delivery (POD), and any other supporting documents.

Automated reading and document categories are suggestions. Check the original documents and correct any missing or incorrect information before saving.

02

Review, export, and track payment

Review the invoice and supporting pages before exporting a combined PDF package. Saved invoices can be reopened and edited, and administrators or authorized users can update payment status.

Invoice aging counts calendar days from creation. Payment tags record your own paid or unpaid decision; verify receipt of funds independently. Email sending requires an authorized, connected sender account.

03

Keep company access under your control

The administrator chooses which company users may create invoices. Drivers can have separate accounts and share permitted documents without receiving invoice-creation permission.

Invoice records and shared attachments use private cloud storage. Public examples on this website use fictional data and never expose company invoices.
