User agreement

Your company records

Your company administrator controls membership, permissions and document sharing. Use separate user accounts. Review extracted dates, amounts, customer information and documents before saving or sending.

Invoice records and shared documents use private cloud storage. Optional encrypted Wallet copies and fuel receipts are stored on your device. Device-only records need independent exports or backups; clearing browser data can remove them.

Lawful business use & prohibited activities

Rig Wheel, owned and operated by PRIMEDEL INC, is provided solely for legitimate, lawful business purposes. You must not use the service to commit, facilitate, conceal or attempt fraud or any other unlawful activity. Prohibited conduct includes fictitious or knowingly misleading invoices; fabricating, forging or deceptively altering bills of lading, proofs of delivery, receipts, insurance records or other business documents; impersonation or unauthorized use of another person's or company's identity; fraudulent payment requests; money laundering; and tax evasion. Legitimate, authorized corrections to business records are permitted.

You are responsible for your own conduct and for ensuring that information and documents you create, upload, modify or send are accurate, authentic, lawfully used and supported by the necessary authority. Use of Rig Wheel does not constitute PRIMEDEL INC's approval, verification or endorsement of a user's transaction or document.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PRIMEDEL INC is not liable for losses, claims or damages caused by a user's fraudulent, illegal or unauthorized conduct through the service. Responsibility for that conduct remains with the person or entity that commits it. This does not excuse PRIMEDEL INC's own fraud or willful misconduct, exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or waive non-waivable rights. PRIMEDEL INC may restrict, suspend or terminate access for violations, subject to this agreement and applicable law. Any investigation, preservation or disclosure of records must comply with applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

Subscription access & retention

Company records remain available throughout an active subscription, subject to permissions, authorized deletions and the service limitations in this agreement. Cancellation of renewal preserves access for the paid-through period. Rig Wheel displays the confirmed end of access; a failed payment alone does not create an extra grace period or start file retention.

When a free trial or paid company access ends, private app features become unavailable, including permitted invoice tools and history, Driver Wallet and company documents, fuel and maintenance tools, chat and Accounting. Sign-in leads to subscription recovery. Billing recovery, legal and privacy information, support and sign-out remain available. An administrator or authorized billing user can review the company billing plan; other members must contact the administrator.

Company files are retained for 30 days starting at the actual end of company access. Retention does not provide read-only access. Reactivation can restore access only to content still retained. After that period, company files may be permanently deleted and later resubscription cannot guarantee recovery. Keep independent exports before access ends. Applicable legal holds and mandatory retention requirements may delay deletion. Backup copies, where maintained by providers, follow the provider's applicable deletion cycle and are not an assured recovery service.

Removing a driver or staff member revokes that person's company access without deleting company business records or changing an otherwise active company's retention period. Original authorship is preserved. Returning members require a new administrator-authorized invitation. Unrelated company access and the person's identity are not deleted by removal.

Offline access requires PIN or supported device unlock and a recent company-access verification, currently within 24 hours. Known trial or paid-access expiration is enforced even while offline. A disconnected device cannot receive immediate remote revocation; it processes revocation when it reconnects. Previously exported copies cannot be remotely recalled.

Before activating a trial or a new subscription, you must review and affirmatively accept the current User Agreement. Rig Wheel records the accepted version and server time. Your privacy notice is available separately; accepting this agreement does not enable optional analytics.

Data accuracy and your review

Rig Wheel helps organize information and suggests data extracted from documents. Automated reading, classification, calculations and reminders can be incorrect, incomplete, outdated or unavailable. You must compare important information with the original documents and independently verify invoice amounts, customer and payment details, dates, expiration dates and required attachments before saving, sending, paying or relying on them.

Your company remains responsible for its final invoices, records, payments, renewals and filing deadlines. Rig Wheel does not provide legal, tax, accounting or regulatory advice. A reminder or extracted date does not replace your own deadline tracking.

Backups, storage and loss of access

Keep independent copies of important original documents, invoices and records outside Rig Wheel, and check that your exports and backups can be opened. Cloud storage, synchronization and encrypted device copies do not replace independent backups.

Files or records may become unavailable through deletion, failed uploads or synchronization, browser-data clearing, storage limits, device or service failures, or lost credentials or encryption keys. Some encrypted or deleted information may not be recoverable. Check save and synchronization confirmations before removing your original files.

Service and warranty limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rig Wheel and its automated output are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from errors. No guarantee is made that every file can be recovered or every error prevented. This provision is subject to the exceptions below.

Limits on liability for data loss and incorrect data

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and subject to the exceptions below, PRIMEDEL INC is not liable for loss, corruption, deletion or unavailability of data or documents; incorrect, incomplete, outdated or misread information; or losses resulting from reliance on unverified input or output.

These limitations include good-faith errors or ordinary negligence involving document extraction, classification, calculations, invoice details, expiration dates or reminders; upload, storage or synchronization failures; and loss of access caused by device, browser, network or third-party service failures or lost credentials or encryption keys.

To the same extent, and subject to the exceptions below, PRIMEDEL INC is not liable for lost profits or revenue, business interruption, missed billing opportunities, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use Rig Wheel, including losses associated with missing records, incorrect information or missed deadlines.

Exceptions: Nothing in these notices or the user agreement excludes or limits liability for fraud, bad faith, intentional breach, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability, warranty, duty or right that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited. Statutory privacy, data-security and other mandatory obligations remain in effect. If a restriction cannot lawfully apply, it applies only to the extent permitted by law.

Subscriptions & third-party payments

The company plan is $15/month plus applicable tax for the administrator and one additional user. Further users cost $10/month each plus applicable tax. Unlimited trucks; a 14-day trial. Checkout shows the applicable charges and renewal terms before acceptance.

PRIMEDEL INC does not receive or hold your customers’ invoice payments through Rig Wheel. Third-party processors and banks control payment acceptance, settlement, declines and transfers. Verify payment receipt independently before marking an invoice paid. To the extent permitted by applicable law, PRIMEDEL INC disclaims liability for payment failures caused by those third-party services.

Testing & limitations

This update is provided for controlled testing. Device biometrics, offline reopening and background synchronization depend on the device and browser. An offline device receives revocations after reconnecting and synchronizing. Browser screenshot prevention is not guaranteed.

Privacy

Document processing & privacy

Uploaded documents may be processed by the connected AI service to suggest fields and categories for your review. Rig Wheel does not use identifiable invoice, customer or attachment contents as analytics, and does not operate an automatic model-training pipeline for those contents.

Optional usage analytics stay off until you accept. If accepted, our hosting analytics receive page paths, referral and browser information, short-lived in-memory session identifiers, trial-link clicks, and successful account-registration events. We do not send invoice details, customer information, document contents, email addresses, or passwords as analytics. Your choice is saved on this device; change or withdraw it at any time using Analytics choices in the website footer or the Privacy section of Settings. Account registration is not evidence of an activated subscription. Your Gmail connection is used to send messages you choose to send. You can disconnect it in Settings.
